I am an artist living in San Francisco. My work is often whimsical, sometimes I create spontaneous and playful pieces where I allow the design to unfold as the materials speak to me. Other times I have a precise vision of what I want to create which typically means a longer and more thoughtful process. I enjoy the rhythms associated with the different mediums; the winding and threading of fibers, the drilling of bones and the brush work of my watercolors and inked pieces. This spring I will be releasing a new body of work, soft luxurious textiles.
